Commercial Real Estate Marketing and Web Development Intern

Marcus & Millichap, the largest investment brokerage company in the United States, is looking for a Marketing and Web Development Intern to work closely with a successful commercial real estate team.

You will work and develop your skills with Dr. Williams, who has amassed over a decade of professional consulting, strategic management, and deal sourcing opportunities for corporate clients and high net-worth individuals.

Qualifications and desired skills:

-Ability to work independently and efficiently

-Ability to perform in a result-oriented environment

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Interest in commercial real estate investments

-Knowledge and proficiency with social media, marketing and branding

-Experience with basic website design (with or without the use of template software)

Below are projects an intern may be asked to create. Experience in similar projects is not necessary, but highly preferred.

Marketing intern projects

-Create, design and build a new website

-Create a complete marketing plan with branding ideas.

-Decide best methods for advertising – implement those ideas.

-Create a social media presence

-Assist with creating commercial property marketing materials

We are looking for somebody who is willing to work hard and learn quickly. The successful candidate will be well rewarded from training, meetings, industry contacts, and placement services. The intern will have to travel to the Sandy Springs office, but the position allows for some work outside of the office as well.
